At Furikake, we strive for the highest quality in every seasoning we ship; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Submit a Request

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return or clear photos of any damaged seasoning jars.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely package the items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the products back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
